The Virginia Legislative Black Caucus Foundation
(VLBCF) needs your help. Your contribution to the VLBCF helps us
fulfill our mission to educate African Americans and other
minority groups on issues of major concern such as housing,
health care, education, scholarship funding, economic
development, public health and research. The VLBCF’s goal is to
provide a forum for open discussion and advocacy for issues
which impact the quality of life for African Americans and other
minority groups.
